CPESN® USA Announces New Agreement with Mobility Health

Success from CPESN® Ohio's network expands Mobility Heath relationship to include all 3,600 CPESN pharmacies across the country.

CARY, N.C. (PRWEB) SEPTEMBER 14, 2022

CPESN USA, a clinically integrated, nationwide organization of pharmacy networks created to advance community-based pharmacy practice, has entered into an agreement with Mobility Health, a biohealth diagnostic company with a mission to transform community-based healthcare, to encourage its pharmacies to utilize lab testing services provided by the Mason, Ohio-based lab.

Mobility Health began working with the CPESN® Ohio network in November 2021. The success of the program has encouraged both companies to expand beyond Ohio and include all 3,600 CPESN pharmacies across the country.

“We are thrilled to be able to expand our relationship with Mobility Health from our CPESN Ohio network to the rest of our local networks across the country," said Troy Trygstad, PharmD, MBA, PhD, Executive Director of CPESN USA. “Mobility Health has been a collaborative and transparent partner – working together to figure out new ways to improve the care we provide to our patients.”

CPESN pharmacies collect COVID-19 / Flu A & B samples and send them directly to Mobility Health. Mobility Health covers overnight carrier fees and provides same or next day results to both the patient and the pharmacy. Mobility Health also helps ease the reporting burden placed on the pharmacies, which allows the pharmacy staff to focus on patient-care initiatives.

“Local, community-based pharmacies have long-standing and trusting relationships with their patients, and we want to be a resource to allow those relationships to flourish,” shared Scott Rueter, Director of Revenue Operations for Mobility Health. “We are excited to be able to expand our partnership with CPESN pharmacies across America and help them do what they do best, while also advancing our mission of providing advanced diagnostic services to all areas of the population, including those that are traditionally harder to reach, in the enduring fight against COVID-19 and other infectious diseases.”
